1. What part of the research project did you find most interesting?
For my research project surrogate mother, i find very intersting is some women do this thing because they want to help their family. For example, a sister helps her young sister to surrogate. Also there are some mothers who help a daughter by becoming a surrogate mother that is a grandmother who is pregnant with her grandchildren.
2. What part of the research project did you find most challenging?
i think that is 'how to become a surrogate mother', before i think just people want to do this thing they can do that, but after i find is not real, if you want to this thing, you must buring a lot of things in begining.
3. Why did you pick the topic?
Because i think this is a new thing in people's life and very interesting.
4. What did you learn about your topic during the research process?
Children for family are very important, thay are like angle for their parents. so, i feel people need to accept sorrogate mother, because they really to help some couple realize their dreams and they make the life beautiful. so, the sorrogate mither are great mowen, people need to respect them.
5. How do you think writing a paper is different in English from writing one in your first language?
That is very different. different garmmmer, different writing style, even different thinking. when you writing in English you need to forget your first language. You need to used English style to write your paper. Also you need to spent a lot of time to do this thing. if i wrte a paper on my first language, maybe just need to use one day or half day is enought. bucause i know how i can do. i really can control also i have confidence. but in English i need to very be careful and alway feel get lost.

I think i can do the better than before in the next time. find more intersting ideas, and make my paper more strong, more professional .
8. How will you change the organization of the information in your paper for your oral presentation?
I think i do not need to change my organization of the information in my paper. Because in my paper they are very cleal and also the organization very well. I can follow them to do my presentation.
9. What is important to think about in preparing and delivering a successful oral presentation?
You must very clear and understand what are you taiking and you need to explain what are you talking. that is very important to people. moreover, practice many times, have very clear notes, when you speaking need to eye contact with the people.
10. Describe any experience you have had in giving an oral presentation.
When you first come to new class, you need to do the oral presentation to introduced yourself. tell the people your name, age and hobbies. Also when you work with a new team, you need to introduce yourself. For me, i do some presentation in my hight school, before we also need to write a paper, afther give a teacher to check. then, i need remember all the things, bcause when you do the presentation you can not to see your note. so, i must to practice many times to make sure i can remember everythings. when i waiting i feel very nervous but when you really do this thing ,at same time you forget this feel.

Happiness:)!!
I think these data collection tools are valid scientific tools, because they asked question always happen in our life. Maybe we can find some answer in our life. Yes, if we use these tools to do the research and find the result, we can say this one population is happier than another. It is not 100% right but almost. For example, if Chinese and Canadians’ people do this research, the result is Chinese people happy than Canadians people that means is most Chinese people happy than Canadians people.
I think my results on the on-line survey would be a litter different if I did it at another time or day, because it is depend my feeling in this day. If this day I am very happy maybe when I do this research the result should be better, because in this day I feel everything is wonderful. But if in this day my feel very bad, I think the result is so different. So, it is a litter different on your feel, because we are human.
In my opinion, I think if we do this research need to find people in same level. Such as, all the university students or people living in cities. Because when they in the same level that is they have almost same life style. They have same education or same background. So, when this same people to the research the result more to validity. You cannot both to ask some young children and old person, because they are different level have different problems. For the young they do not need to worry about money, job and responsibility. For the old people they do not need to worry about teacher or homework. So, that is very different, you need to use same eyes to do the research. And also I think when they are both together is better and more validity. We can not just to say which one is better.

Is the difference between males and females communication patterns similar to the difference between people from different cultures? Why or why not?
In my opinion, I agree the difference between males and females communication patterns similar to the difference between people from different cultures. As we know, different country has different culture that is they have different background, different life style and different opinion. That is like women and men always have different communication, because they use different brain to thinking. When the women and men together talk things, they always have different opinion. For men most talk about the topics like marriage, money, jobs and sports that is a man like to talk more impersonal topics. On the other hand, women like to talk about personal relationship, family and friends. That is like different country has different culture, for example, in the some countries people like separate, when you with friend go to restaurant or go to play people always separate the money. Even some couple they also separate their money. But in china, we are not o that, if you with your friend go to eat or play, we always only one people pay and next time another people pay. Because we think you and friend talk about money can hurt you are relationships. Even in the marriage, people also use the money together. But I do not think the cross-cultural marriages are impossible. I think is very difficult to live together. They can learn and try to understand each other because the love.

Deconstructing Stress
“When I get up every morning, I start to feel that there`s something pushing me to finish all the work which I have to do!” said a 25-year-old man, who just graduated from university and is going to face the real world. He mentioned having to get up early in order to catch the bus on time. If not, he would be late for the interview or even lose his job opportunity. “I feel stressed about everything!”
Nowadays, people are suffering from different diseases and obviously, stress has already become one of them. According to the survey, 90% of workers and families go to see the doctor because of stress; every year stress costs companies $300 billion, which means $3000 for each worker. It`s becoming more and more serious in today`s society. There are a lot of causes of stress, but people are trying to look for some ways on how to cope with it.
Stress is a body`s physical response to a perceived demand or threat, which happens with various perceptions in different situations and times. It is a feeling which is created when people react to particular events, and is called the “Fight-or-Flight” response. When a person experiences a situation which makes him or her feel stressed, the body turns off all the information, all the non-needed functions and only turns on the oxygen and glucose system which go to the large muscles of the arms and legs, so that this person can choose to fight or to run away. What are the major types of stress? The first one is esters which is a functional and helpful stress. You experience it right before you have the need to use it. It helps you perform better and even helps you achieve your target. What`s more, when a person needs to have some extra energy or creativity, esters can bring him the inspiration. On the contrary, distress is a negative type of stress which makes your mind uncomfortable and the body undergoes all the changes but we don't do anything beneficial with it.
When we experience stress, there are some negative effects to the body. It increases the heart rate, respiration and blood pressure, while decrease sing the blood to the digestive tract and reproduction. Other physical effects include a dry mouth and stomach cramps. The person will also start sweating while he or she feels angry and worried. Your brain will also experience the feeling of inattention and your mind will go blank which leads to a sleeping problem. You may have bad dreams during the night as a result. Some of your behaviors will also be changed when you experience stress. You may change your eating and sleeping habits. Sometimes you get very anxious, causing you to yell out in frustration. Too much stress can also increase smoking, drinking and even lead to drug use. This all brings bad effects to the whole society.
Many people experience stress on a daily basis, and many of the stressors are the same for everyone. Some people are, by nature or habit, more easily influenced to stress, or more likely to be stressed by something that would more easily roll off someone else's back. Listing the causes of stress is tricky. There can be external stressors and internal stressors. Major life events such as a divorce, death, financial worries, nagging health problems or managing a physically or mentally challenged family member can act as potential stressors. Even conditions such as a long time unemployment or a sudden lay-off from a job can leave you under extreme stress. Stress also comes from our personal and social contexts and from our psychological and emotional reactions to such conditioning. The personal relationship is also a major cause of stress, friends and family add a wonderful dimension to our lives: they help us celebrate the good times, and they help us make it through the tough times. There are some causes from different personalities such as type A personality which is a kind of person who always wants the perfect things around him or her, when he or she couldn`t get the result they expected. Another one is a pessimistic personality who always thinks about the negative parts of life and as a result, they receive a lot of pressure.
Fortunately, scientists have resources to help us deal with these issues. We will also find some information and tools we can use to calm down quickly when we feel overwhelmed. There are many different ways to manage stress. Some techniques of time management may help a person to control stress. Keeping an open mind, so you can have a collection of techniques that are the most effective for you: deep breathing exercises, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation and also music and Yoga are good ways to reduce stress. At the same time, you must take care of yourself. When we're stressed, we don't always take care of our bodies, which can lead to even more stress. There are some important ways which we should keep doing while we feel stressed, like healthy eating, better sleep, hobbies and healthy sex life. Bodies benefit from the nutritional value of a good diet to combat against the stressors. If you adopt a few of them, you can more easily manage stress without it becoming severe.
Everyone experiences stress from time to time, so it is perfectly normal. However, normal doesn't necessarily mean healthy. Believe it or not, you can learn how to largely eliminate stress. And believe it, we can do it better.
